Obviously, these absolutely horrible return policies are designed to discourage returns. they withhold $160 of the refund for software (which I didn't even know I was buying) which they say is non refundable, even though it only works for the machine which I returned to them. I'm sure they paid someone minimum wage to check the machine out and rebox it. Then, they charge me a 10% restocking fee.

then I go through their return procedure. When I order a $2400 machine, I don't expect to have to become a maintenance technician on day one. Looked online for resolution and there were pages of advice about taking the machine apart and adjusting a bunch of stuff - I don't have that kind of time.

Avoid this company! I ordered their machine, followed all their setup directions and could only get error codes.
